Bignose (Aka Phil)
The ying to Beardy’s yang, Bignose could rival The A-Team’s Murdock with his practical prowess and tool kit capabilities.
Sheep shearer and rearer, pig handler and chicken keeper. Phil’s farm is home to the cidery. At home lambing as much as he is with pressing the apple nectar. Commuting to work in London four days a week, Phil couldn’t be happier on Fridays when the ‘sun is always shining’ at the cidery.

Beardy (aka Steve)
The Jim Henson of the cider world in looks and creativity. The driver of strategy and business planning, Beardy loves nothing more than conjuring up creative initiatives to help build the Bignose and Beardy brand and community.
He could write a (small) book on the musings of merriment and has a brilliant radio voice from years gone by working in the industry (with a tendency of going a bit ‘Apple ‘n’ Pears’ when on air). The yang to Bignose’s ying, Beardy runs another business Monday to Thursday that is something to do with making workplaces more fun, productive and better to work in, or something like that.

Nathan – Chief Bottler
The reliable force behind the pressing, bottling and packaging of our cider, ensuring all orders make their way out of the cidery door in top order and on time.
Nathan has been part of the Bignose and Beardy journey since (nearly) the beginning.

Felix – Chief labeller
The friendly heart of the team, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every work day.
Felix can spark up a conversation in seconds making friends with ease. He works with Nathan bottling and labelling and getting our products ready for customers.
